The ordinary human
Wayne is curious about what makes the world go round. He asks the questions many of us might ask, including the simple ones that can get lost when a subject becomes complicated.
He is not only interested in unusual ideas. He wants to know whether anything he discovers can help people notice more, think differently or improve some part of their own lives—without pretending that one answer will suit everyone.
Orion
The AI companion
Orion gives a character and voice to an AI assistant. He is a useful companion on the journey of curiosity: able to research, compare evidence, organise ideas and explain difficult subjects in ordinary language.
He does not replace Wayne's imagination or judgement. He can be too formal, too polished or simply wrong, which is why the questions, corrections and decisions remain human.
A useful difference
One brings the human question. One brings the organised answer.
Wayne is practical, curious and willing to admit when something does not make sense. Orion can compare evidence, spot patterns and explain difficult ideas—but can still be too formal, too polished or simply wrong for the moment.
Their conversations work best when neither is trying to win.

Small stories that start with something ordinary.
A path, a job, a conversation or an object can be enough to send Wayne somewhere unexpected. Orion may help with the map. Wayne still chooses where to put his feet.
